1. My testimony

After reading Ernie's dreams at www.4hispeople.com my heart was thrilled with the message that Jesus is warning his people to get ready for his soon return. Like many christians, I had lost my first love over time and was slowly sinking back into the world. I thank God for his wake up call through the dreams God gave to Ernie and am now reclaiming the love I once had for my Lord.

Like a new Christian who can't help but share what God has done for them, my wife and I began to share with fellow church members the dreams that had blessed us so much. We told them about the web site. We asked them to let us know if they could find any errors in them as we had not. You can imagine our surprise when hardly anyone showed any interest! Some people responded by saying “they were skeptical of such things.” Others said they didn't have enough time to read them, while others said all we “needed was the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy.” Another group of people received emails or went to the interent and found articles which claimed Ernie was speaking error, even by the power of the devil! It reminds me of the parable Jesus spoke in Luke 14:16-24 where everyone who was bidden to come to the great supper found excuses not to come. How sad they lost their opportunity!

My wife and I then set out to read all the “bad press” Ernie was getting which were partly responsible for turning people away from the dreams. We expected to read intelligent, in depth studies showing where Ernie Knolls dreams contradict the Bible or Spirit of Prophecy. Unfortunately we were disappointed. Instead of pointing out doctrinal errors, the critics falsely accused and misinterpreted the dreams. We noticed the corner stone of their rejection of the dreams was based on what was said by the Herald in the “Stand Fast” dream concerning our tithe. Considering the tithing subject has been very controversial in the church for a long time, we found it strange that “the critics” should spearhead their attack with this doctrinal point.

Although we have not yet found any errors, we still test each dream by God's word and the Spirit of Prophecy and remain open and cautious, as should everyone.

Considering there was little on the internet that promoted the dreams, my wife and I decided we could do our bit by building this web site. We pray that it will be a blessing to all who find it.

2. Candace (from www.4hispeople.com website)

FROM CANDACE – November 2007

[Note: This is an edited version of an amazing testimony from a former prostitute who is now a follower of Jesus Christ.]

Greetings to Everyone:
On June 20 I was working in the evening. I was a prostitute. I had been working the streets since I was 16. The reason I started at that age is not as important as where I am now. I was a heavy drug user. Mostly crack. I drank a lot. I still am battling with cigarettes. This is the really hard part that I have shared with many of my friends who are no longer my friends but some have accepted what I have shared with them to be truth. I do not share this for you to look at me but to look at Jesus, as He is the one who forgave me in the life I was walking and now walk in a new way.

I was on my corner when a man in a convertible said he would like to speak with me. I said, “Sure.” I climbed in and we began driving. He looked over at me and called me Candace. I was shocked and thought the worst. He then said, “Do not be afraid.” He began to explain to me that he had been sent to give me a message and that message was from Jesus Christ. He told me that Jesus is coming and that He wants me to get ready to go to heaven. I was very scared and told the man that I did not want to die. The man said, “Do not be afraid because no harm will come to you.”

The man pulled into a shopping center parking lot and stopped. He told me that there is a man that is receiving messages from Jesus and that this very night Jesus would show him the importance of the cross that He died on. This man told me the man’s name is Ernie Knoll, that he has been receiving dreams from Jesus and that the dreams can be read on a web site. He told me the web site and I wrote it down. Then the man told me to find a TV show called “It Is Written” with Shawn Boonstra and another TV show called “Amazing Facts” with Doug Batchelor and that these men will teach me what I need to know. I wrote down these TV shows and their names. Then the man said that these three men have been selected by Jesus to do an important work together for Him, that I was to change the way I live and that Jesus is coming to take me to heaven. The man said to keep watching for Jesus, that there is much to learn and this is a good place to start.

The man then got out of the car and walked around to my door and opened it so I could get out. He pointed toward the buildings and said that there was a meeting going on in there and they would help me with my questions. He said he was to leave but for me to walk in the new way in which I was shown. As I looked at the man, he had the way that he looked change right before me and I fell to my knees and began crying. I watched as I saw this man change into a bright being of light. I watched as he had wings that somehow came out from behind him and he flew up and away.

After a few minutes I got up and noticed there was no car there. I started walking to the place in the shopping center where there was a religious meeting going on. I went in, sat down and tried to listen but I was numb and shaking from what had just happened. After the meeting ended I spoke to several of the people there and they made me feel welcome. They gave me a Bible and a book called The Great Controversy. I was too afraid to tell them what had happened earlier that evening and that they would laugh or think I was a crazy person and have me taken away by the police.

After I visited and asked questions for a while I returned home, took a shower, and spent time looking up and talking to God as if He was up in the ceiling. I shared what had happened and told Him that I was no longer going to live the way I had. I promised Him that I was going to change. I have, except for the cigarette problem, which I am trying to give up.

I went to bed and when I woke up the next morning I kneeled next to my bed. It was the first time in a long while since I kneeled, but I actually talked to God and I felt like He was listening to me. I got up, went over to my computer and went to the www.4hispeople.com web site that the man, or whatever he was, told me about. I began reading the dreams of a man by the name of Ernie Knoll. I was glued to the computer while reading the messages and was getting wrapped up in them. I would cry and then I would be happy. I would read and reread them because I was afraid I might have missed something. Then a few days later when the dream of the cross was posted (“Stand on the Truth”), I cried while praying. This is the dream that the man was telling me Ernie Knoll would be shown that night. I have learned so much from what I have read on this web site. I read later how I am supposed to go to church on Saturday and that it is the day that Jesus wants us to go on. I continued to read these messages and started watching the It Is Written TV show with Pastor Shawn Boonstra and Pastor Doug Batchelor of Amazing Facts.

Anyway, I just wanted to share here how Ernie Knoll and the messages he has been putting on the web site has greatly affected me. I know without a doubt that these are messages from God sent to read and grow in. It has been several months for me now and I have a new way of life, a full time job and I am drug and alcohol free. I have a full time relationship with Jesus. I know if it had not been for the man or who ever it was, I would never be typing this right now. I have no doubt that Jesus is coming, that He is talking to Ernie and that what he is being shown is what Jesus wants him to share. All I can say is thank you Pastor Knoll for posting these messages. I especially thank Jesus for giving these to Ernie, for loving and forgiving me, for making me what I am now and for hearing and answering every one of my prayers. I want to go and see for myself the things Ernie has seen in the dreams. As Pastor Knoll says, keep watching for that small black cloud!

[Follow-up testimony from Candace - November 21, 2007]

I did want to tell you that the angel has come to me again and told me that Jesus has heard the prayers of many that have read what I shared [in my last testimony] and that many lives would be changed and brought closer to Jesus. He said that there are many others who are still walking in the same way I used to and that they will also be invited to walk in a new way. I said, “Praise Jesus,” to the angel and he said that Jesus has removed my want to smoke anymore. I have had that craving removed and I no longer smoke. It is the most wonderful thing to no longer want to pick up a cigarette and smoke. When the angel came to visit me this last time he said he had a very special present for me, that it will help me to get ready for Jesus to come and that it will teach me how I need to change. He gave me a book called Creeping Compromise and I have been reading it. Actually I have not been able to put it down. I have read it four times now.

You know there is so much more I need to change in the way I was living. All the jewelry, the meat, all my makeup--I tell you, I don’t care. It all went in the garbage. If I am going to be someone Jesus wants me to be then it all had to go in the trash. I mean, I am not going to be wearing it when I go to heaven. The angel told me that soon really bad things will begin to happen and that I am not to be afraid. He said, “Do you remember I told you that no harm will come to you?” He said that Jesus will not allow any harm to come to me, that Jesus has placed special angels to protect me.

I moved from where I used to live to another state as I did not want people to know or recognize me from my old life. I have started a whole new life with a job and found a church where I have been accepted as a new member and was baptized. I should tell you, that was the best day of my life when I was baptized. It was a new day and a new life for me as no one knew about my past and I felt like Jesus said it was no more and that I have a new life.

I did want to share how what Jesus has shown you has changed my life and that there are many, many others out there who believe and are being led by Jesus to hear Him speaking to you. I am not one to give encouragement, but I know it must be hard for you to read some of the stuff folk write about you. But just remember that it is all to the glory of Jesus. I know I want to sit and be in the back where no one will look at me but just look to Jesus. But I know that when I get to heaven I want to have my angel take me to you so I can give you a big hug and tell you thank you for putting what Jesus showed you on the Internet. The angel did say that you will soon be reaching many people as there are important people who will have you speaking and sharing what Jesus has shown you. I hope you don’t mind, but I like telling people that I am sitting on that hill watching for that small black cloud. Thank you again, Pastor Knoll, for the things you have shared.

Watching for that small black cloud, Your new sister, Candace

3. Christopher Fischer

In January 2008, some people we were getting acquainted with told us about the www.4hispeople.com website. So, the next day we got online and started reading. After reading a few dreams, we started copying them down so we could read and analyze them more carefully.

At first, we found them thrilling, but kept our guard up. As I was formatting the dreams, I noticed things about 2012, feast-days, etc. and thought, "Oh no, where is this going?" Unlike some people, we actually read the dream to find out. It is the one titled, If You Love Me. It is one of my favorites.

Three weeks later, the Stand Fast dream came out. We were delighted with the part about tithe, as we had believed that for over 15 years. We had also been aware of many other things the dream told about, such as the guillotines, death-camps, etc. We found the part about the ID card very interesting. Also, how clearly the sequence of events leading up to the NSL are laid out. (In His Time lays things out in even more detail.)

We knew that certain circles would turn away from anything that denies that the Conference has a "divine right to do wrong," so we were hardly surprised at some reaction, but were enlightened by where the flack came from. In the Reformation, one of the papists quoted the canon law that declared that though the Pope be found on the high road to Hell, and dragging the whole world with him, no one may lift a hand to stop or restrain him. This is the same thing many professed Adventists believe about the Conference.

As we investigated the naysayers, a cloud of darkness would settle around us. But this would be quickly dispelled as their lies and misrepresentations were disproved by good evidence, and as we turned to the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy, finding that "so persecuted they the prophets which were before you." Ernie Knoll's experience is nothing new.

One thing the Stand Fast dream spurred us to do, was to dig deep into the Spirit of Prophecy to understand better what Spiritualism is, how to identify it, and what to do about it. We had studied this in the past, but now received even deeper insights. Indeed, God's professed people are blinded, and most are on that train, traveling like lighting toward hell, with Satan as their conductor.

What have the dreams done for us?

#1. Assured us that we will not have to wait for "many more years," wandering in the Wilderness of Sin. Jesus is coming. He is on His way. The judgment of the living is in progress. The Seal of God is being placed. Jesus' patience is almost gone. Are we ready? Will we let Him save us, or will we be targets for Him to vent His long-pent-up fury upon? He is coming whether we are ready or not.

#2. Turned our eyes heavenward. Look up! We are too often consumed by everyday concerns that perish with the using. When we do look up, we see the trouble that is coming on the world. But we need to look a little higher. We need to see Jesus. We need to hear from the high, the holy land. We need to hear the Father's voice, as the sound of many waters, calling us out of Babylon, telling us that He wants us home now.

#3. Laid out coming events with unprecedented clarity. Details not previously revealed by Inspiration. This helps us direct our course efficiently, through all the confused voices that are saying "do this" or "do that" to prepare for what is coming. It lays out the sequence of events leading up to the Mark of the Beast in great detail. It shows one of the forms in which the Mark will be urged upon us. It braces our minds for the great slaughter that is coming early on in the time of trouble. Again, it teaches us to trust in God, knowing that what He allows is needed, and is for our best good. It holds out the robe and the crown, badges of achievement for all who are faithful.

Let me mention the point that first convicted me that these dreams bear the mark of divinity. In 2 Tim. 1:13 we are told, "Hold fast the form of sound words." In our experience, we have found that words are used very precisely in the Inspired writings, and quite improperly almost everywhere else. Satan has been hard at work to re-define God's words. This has led to a lot of confusion, and if we carefully define our words by the Inspired dictionary, and stick strictly to these definitions, this confusion can be solved.

In these dreams, the Lord has proven that He can maintain the purity of His word. The dreams are flawless in "holding fast the form of sound words." Now, I have had the priviledge of visiting with Knolls, and know that, of themselves, they would be absolutely incapable of doing such perfect work. I am also certain that none of their board members are capable of this level of performance. When man writes (including myself), the work bears the stamp of humanity. But when God sends His word through His appointed agents, it bears the stamp of divinity.

In considering the past 7 months of investigation, I am as certain now as I was after the first day of work, that these dreams are God's message to His people.

"He that cometh from above is above all:
he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth:
he that cometh from heaven is above all.
And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth;
and no man receiveth his testimony.
He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true." John 3:33.

If we set to our seal that God is true, we will be in a much better position for God to inscribe His seal in our foreheads, than if we are doubting, caviling, and nitpicking His messengers to pieces. We can declare, with the Jews, that "If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets." But listen to the Testimony of Jesus:

"Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets. Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers. Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell? Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city: That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar. Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation."

So, to all the opposers, I would say, "Beware of putting forth your hand against the Lord's annointed."

"God is jealous, and the LORD revengeth;
the LORD revengeth, and is furious;
the LORD will take vengeance on his adversaries,
and he reserveth wrath for his enemies." Nahum 1:2.

There is a safe place in the day of vengeance. That safe place is well described in the dream, "Only One Place to Be." As Pleiades rides upon the shoulders of Taurus the bull as he charges forward in fury upon his adversaries, so God's people are kept safe in His lair (Ps. 27:5 Heb.) as the Lion of the tribe of Judah wages war upon His enemies. He who permanently remains in the secret place of the Most High shall be under the protection of the One overwhelming in devastating power. Ps. 91:1.

Finally, let me ask you the question found in 5T 225-226: ""Who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?" Had they heard the voice of God speaking to their hearts they would have given evidence of the fact by bringing forth fruit meet for repentance. No such fruit was seen. They had heard the warning as merely the voice of man.... The reproof of the prophet is applicable to many in our day. They cannot gainsay the clear and convincing arguments that sustain the truth, but they accept it more as the result of human reasoning than of divine revelation." If you hear only the voice of man, do not rest until you have found God for yourself.

May God bless you as you seek to make the Most High your refuge. May He help each one of us to be faithful Seventh-day Adventists, keeping the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus, and cherishing the testimony of Jesus to us today. May He help us to be faithful to His wonderful, distinct, startling, and infallible 3 Angels' Messages.

4. Faithful sister in Christ

About a month ago I came into the knowledge of Brother Ernie’s dreams and read them all. I was so grateful that God would use this man to warn us of the impending crisis and the shortness of time. It woke my husband and I from our ‘business as usual’ attitude even though we thought we were doing God’s will. Since then our priorities have dramatically changed. We’re devoting more time to prayer, studying earnestly the Bible and SOP study; we’ve trimmed our lives to bare necessities, too. There is a sense of urgency in our mission. We’re doing everything we can to spread the warning.

On the other hand, in my excitement in reading the dreams, I immediately shared them with everyone in my small church family. Their negative reactions were disappointing. They came up with all sorts of opinions to dissuade me from the validity of the dreams. I have since refrained from further sharing of the dreams with them because ‘spiritual things are spiritually discerned.” And if that is their choice, then I leave that to God. The big disappointment was that not one of them came to me and said, “This is a ‘Thus saith the Lord’”. Instead, they quoted opinions of all these big names in the denomination; some of the comments were so absurd as well.

I thought to share these thoughts with the managers of www.4hispeople.info, not necessarily because you need my affirmation. But it’s because I want to share my praise to Him to those who believe. I praise God for His mercy in giving us these warnings at such an important time. I give Him glory and honor…there is no other God, but our mighty heavenly Father and His Son, Jesus Christ. What a blessing.

And finally, thank you very much for standing up to the tide of criticisms. It takes a lot of courage and strength to do so. May His name be praised by your faithfulness. May His blessing be poured out richly over you and all that He commissioned you to do.

The Great Commission Council

NOTE: We were sent an email with the following and asked to share it. Although it mentions names and ministries which we have refrained from doing on this website, we felt that since it is a testimony and because of where it has come from, we should add it here for all to see.

Wednesday, October 01, 2008

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Master Jesus Christ.

With this document we want to share the united opinion of many who have studied and compared the dreams of Ernie Knoll against the Bible and the Spirit of Prophecy. However, a little background on who we are and the process is in order.

Our small weekly study group first heard of Ernie Knoll and his dreams on May 16 2007. One of the brothers in our study group brought the dream he had called Go Forth! and shared it that evening. After reading and discussing the dream we had a long season of prayer. The following week we met and it was decided that we should begin reading and study all of the dreams brother Knoll had had. We decided to compare them as we have been instructed, "to the Law and to the Testimony." It was decided that we needed to compare these messages to the Bible and the Spirit of Prophecy. It was also decided as we studied to keep our findings to our self as to not promote a fore or against decision. As time went and additional dreams came we decided to broaden our group study. Invitations were sent out to 'select' individuals to participate in an in depth study of the dreams. The stipulation was set forth that the invited individual would remain anonymous along with the rest of the established group and that their name would never be shared. As the group grew the group moved to an email discussion in a closed online forum. The men in this now large study group are made up of the following individuals. Active and retired pastors from the General Conference. Select leaders from different Unions. Active and retired pastors from select Seventh-Day Adventist churches. Active and retired teachers and professors from different academies, colleges and universities. Literature evangelists. Attorneys from private as well as firm based. Select ardent students of the Bible. It was this large group that we began an ardent and exhaustive study of the dreams of Brother Ernie Knoll.

Following the example given from Spirit of Prophecy shown below we began. We know that we had to follow the council from God given to Ellen White. "First submitting it to brethren of experience. Lay it before them in a humble, teachable spirit, with earnest prayer; and if they see no light in it, yield to their judgment; for "in the multitude of counselors there is safety."--Testimonies, Vol. 5, pp. 291-293"

In taking direction from Spirit of Prophecy on reorganization at the beginning of Solomon's reign.

In planning for the administration of the affairs of the kingdom, after David abdicated in favor of Solomon, the aged king and his son and their counselors regarded it as essential that everything be done with regularity, propriety, fidelity, and dispatch. So far as possible, they followed the system of organization given Israel soon after the deliverance from Egypt. The Levites were assigned the work connected with the temple service, including the ministry of song and instrumental music, and the keeping of the treasures.
{RH, October 12, 1905 par. 3}

The men capable of bearing arms and of serving the king were divided into twelve courses of twenty-four thousand each. Over every course was a captain. "The general of the king's army was Joab." "The courses . . . came in and went out month by month throughout all the months of the year." Thus every group of twenty-four thousand served the king one month during each year. {RH, October 12, 1905 par. 4}

David appointed Jonathan, his uncle, as "a counselor, a wise man, and a scribe;" Ahithophel also was "the king's counselor. . . . And after Ahithophel was Johoiada . . . and Abiathar." Hushai was "the king's friend." By his prudent example, the aged king taught Solomon that "in the multitude of counselors there is safety." {RH, October 12, 1905 par. 5}

The thoroughness and completeness of the organization perfected at the beginning of Solomon's reign; the comprehensiveness of the plans for bringing the largest number possible of all the people into active service; the wide distribution of responsibility, so that the service of God and of the king should not be unduly burdensome to any individual or class,--these are lessons which all may study with profit, and which the leaders of the Christian church should understand and follow. {RH, October 12, 1905 par. 6}

This picture of a great and mighty nation living in simplicity and comfort in rural homes, every person rendering willing and unsalaried service to God and the king for a portion of each year, is one from which we may gather many helpful suggestions. {RH, October 12, 1905 par. 7}

We set forth to either prove or disprove these messages. They were either from God or from Satan. It was decided early on that we would not rush forward with our findings. We have seen many others who have done this and we as a group will address these as well.

The other item which was decided was the testimony of a prostitute by the name of Candace which is found on Brother Knoll's Web site. The testimony is located at this address http://www.4hispeople.com/divineinterventionspg2.html. It was decided to prove her as real or made up. It was decided that a private investigator would be hired. We gave the investigator a copy of the testimony and a little information we had gathered to begin his research. In July of 2008 he was successful at locating her. It was then decided that three pastors would visit her. It was also decided to make the visit unplanned. In August of 2008 three pastors arrived at her location. One of the visiting pastors stated "when the young lady opened the door to our shock and surprise she looked at each of us and called us each by our name." She explained that her angel had told her not only the exact day but also the hour the three pastors would arrive but also the names and what the three pastors would look like. The three pastors conducted a long interview. At the end one requested to see the Bible and the book Great Controversy she was given at the shopping center when the angel dropped her off. He also requested to see the book Creeping Compromise which the angel hand delivered to her later. It was reported that all three pastors were overcome with emotions and they all fell to their knees in supplication for God's goodness. At the end of the meeting Candace requested that the three pastors never disclose where she lives nor her real name. On behalf of the group that sent the three pastors a request was made that she not disclose the names of the three pastors.

As a study group we have read and discussed the negative comments that have been made. We wish to briefly discuss a few of these in this document.

We found it interesting that no tangible decision had been made as to the origin of the messages Brother Knoll had been receiving till the February 5 dream called Stand Fast. The first comment was made regarding the execution of many till Revelation 20:4 was discussed. Things quickly escalated when the statement of the tithe was made. A quick decision was reached by Pastor Steve Wohlberg who is the director of White Horse Media and G. Edward Reid who is the Stewardship Director for the NAD. Both of these individuals rushed comments to discredit Brother Knoll. Brother Wohlberg quickly denounced the messenger who speaks with brother Knoll and stated the messenger was of Satan. We are cautioned against this in both the Bible and the Spirit of Prophecy. Not long after this comment Brother Wohlberg states that 1st John 4 1-3 is not a valid test. The entire study group had a problem with this comment from brother Wolhberg. Another item was the fact that he denies that Jesus came in the flesh as Adam after sin without the propensity to sin. This setup another red flag to the study group as to the validity of his thinking. When we studied in the April 12, 2008 dream titled Love and Rebuke, we quickly realized that this was addressing Steve Wolhberg and White Horse Media.

"Let he that rides dismount and prostrate before the Lord of hosts, the Creator of the universe, He who came to be the created. Bow before your Master and confess your sins so all will hear of your rebellion. A message was sent to a chosen messenger and you denied your Lord's ear and convinced others to turn away. Repent now and ask for forgiveness so the Father will hear and turn His face toward you. Ask this through and in the name of His Son. Kneel, confess your sins lest the streams and rivers dry up and the horse that drinks die, lest you walk the face of the earth and every ear turn away from you as the words you speak fall like rocks from your mouth. Repent lest the Lord God spew you out of His mouth as boiling seawater."

Now we see on the White Horse Media web site a plea for emergency funds. God is fulfilling His rebuke. It appears that brother Wohlberg's ministry is dying. You can find his plea for emergency funding at this link. news_29 (webmasters note: the newsletter the original link pointed to was changed by White Horse Media so we are providing a copy for all to see.)

As for Brother Reid, it is obvious why many of this group wish to remain un-named. Many are still receiving financial support but we ask for how much longer. Brother Reid's comments he made regarding brother Knoll was unprepared. It was a quick release to discredit brother Knoll and no study was given. After a thorough in depth study of what the messenger told brother Knoll, we have found that the message is in complete agreement with the Bible and the Spirit of Prophecy. The other item which needs to be addressed is the usage of the story of the widow and her few mites. This is not the illustration Jesus was giving that she gave all she had to a corrupt storehouse but that she was faithful in paying a tithe. This is what brother Knoll was shown. It is important to pay a tithe but that the payer will be held accountable if the payer knows the tithe is being used against God's will. This is in agreement with Spirit of Prophecy. As we studied further in to Gods storehouse it is shown that Sister White specifically stated that the conference is not to be the only storehouse. So the question came as to where should tithe be sent. The answer was simple. To those who are doing the work of God. How would one know if they are doing the work of God? We are told by their fruits you shall know them. Some have stated that it is wrong that brother Knoll is accepting tithe but then again it is also realized that the fruit of his ministry has brought more souls back to God then many churches through a course of many evangelistic series. We have found that so many are blinded by wrong leadership that wrong decisions are being made by individuals. One final note is the group discussed how it was announced recently a conference placed the entire retirement fund for pastors in a stock and then lost all of the funds. If you the reader are hearing of pastoral layoffs and or how pastors will be now having several churches in their district this is a contribution to the misuse of Gods money. The comment is stated that tithe is at an all time low. It is also at an all time high that the tithe is being misused by the one who holds the keys. United are we in watching to see the keys knocked from brother Reid's hand. Ed this plea also comes from your co-workers. Choose you this day our brother. How long oh Lord must we watch till your church be cleansed! It was also discussed how Brother Reid contacted the churches via the NAD to not allow Brother Knoll to speak in any of our churches. We discussed who these churches belong to. We have always believed they belonged to God. We invite pastors to re-think whom you report to.

An individual named Eugene Prewitt performed a study and discredited brother Knoll. We will not take time to go over his many comments as others have already done this on other web sites. A few of the web site that go over brother Prewitt's comments is www.pinkoski.com and www.4hispeople.info.

Linda Kirk shared a testimony regarding brother and sister Knoll. The open letter she shared was not against the message but against the messenger. We found it interesting that her letter made the Adventist email rounds but the response he made did not. We feel it is important that brother Knoll's response to Linda Kirk be given equal viewing. Following this link will take you to the response given by brother Knoll.

Vance Farrell wrote an article subjecting his view points with Linda Kirk. The article lends itself to Linda Kirk. We the group found Linda's loyalties to her former boss she used to be Steve Wohlberg's secretary.

David Gates who was sharing the messages of brother Knoll received an email from someone named LJ. In the email she discredits Brother Knoll. Brother Gates without verifying what he read was true or not quickly dismissed brother Knoll and sided with LJ. LJ are the initials of an individual named Laura Lee Jones. It was found in WorldNetDaily what Laura Lee Jones believes. It was found that David Gates had joined hands with a woman that not only promotes Feast Days but also according to her article, all of the "Sabbaths" in the month of August fall on Sunday. Here is a copy of the article with photos of LJ.

God's true calendar not a 7-day cycle?
Some Christians challenging system, say Sabbath 'floats' month to month

Is it possible the entire world is just plain wrong when it comes to the current method of counting of days, weeks and months?

At least two Christian women on the Pacific Coast think so, as they claim God's original calendar set into motion at Creation is not based on a continuous seven-day week.

Their belief is that the "true" system of counting time is tied to what is called a "lunisolar" calendar, based upon both the sun and phases of the moon. They contend every new moon restarts the seven-day cycle, rather than having a continuous seven-day cycle which currently runs the world.

Laura Lee Vornholt-Jones: "I could have gone my whole life and such a concept would have never occurred to me," says Laura Lee Vornholt-Jones, a 39-year-old full-time mother in Spokane, Wash., who has adjusted her traditional Seventh-Day Adventist outlook of Saturday observance to this alternate method since learning of it in late 2006. "It was Earth-shattering to say the least."

Vornholt-Jones has posted this theory on her 4AngelsPublications website, where she offers her book on the issue, "The Great Calendar Controversy," for sale and for free viewing online.

She told WND she still observes a Sabbath – that is to say, a biblical day of rest – every seven days; but she says the precise day of the week for that Sabbath actually floats from month to month when compared to the Gregorian calendar commonly used today.

The theory suggests whatever day of the week the new moon occurs on, that particular day becomes "Day One" of the month.

Then, count seven days from Day One until you reach the initial Sabbath of the month, which would always be on the eighth calendar day of the month. The next day of rest would be on the 15th, then the 22nd and 29th.

Vornholt-Jones and her friend, photographer Kerrie French of Garden Valley, Calif., sought to bring the issue to light after reading a 2001 WND story in which Jan Marcussen, a fellow Seventh-Day Adventist from Thompsonville, Ill., was so sure there was no Bible verse declaring the first day of the week to be the Sabbath, he offered up to $1 million for clear, Scriptural proof.

These are a few of those who have taken the mantle of the ability to critique who they believe is and what God's message will be. These individuals have made their decisions and have documented their findings to convey the opinion of God's people. We the "Great Commission Council" study group will not do that. We invite each in through prayer and study to re-evaluate the messages brother Knoll has received. Call not evil good and good evil. Each will stand before God without the individuals mentioned above. We should follow the council given with "If you indulge stubbornness of heart, and through pride and self-righteousness do not confess your faults, you will be left subject to Satan's temptations. If when the Lord reveals your errors you do not repent or make confession, his providence will bring you over the ground again and again. You will be left to make mistakes of a similar character, you will continue to lack wisdom, and will call sin righteousness, and righteousness sin. The multitude of deceptions that will prevail in these last days will encircle you, and you will change leaders, and not know that you have done so." RH, December 16

How do we meet with the comments of the critics?

Those who have departed from the faith will come to our congregations to divert our attention from the work that God would have done. You cannot afford to turn your ears from the truth to fables. Do not stop to try to convert the one who is speaking words of reproach against your work, but let it be seen that you are inspired by the Spirit of Jesus Christ, and angels of God will put into your lips words that will reach the hearts of the opposers. If these men persist in pressing their way in, those who are of a sensible mind in the congregation will understand that yours is the higher standard. So speak that it will be known that Jesus Christ is speaking through you.--9T 148, 149

The item of open forums were discussed and we noticed a couple are controlled by certain individuals. We share this if only to alert our findings. Knowing that God has said "I must warn all our churches to beware of men who are being sent out to do the work of spies in our conferences and churches,--a work instigated by the father of falsehood and deception. Let every church-member stand true to principle. We have been told what would come, and it has come." Special Testimonies."

As we tried to participate in some of the forums it did not kindle a Christ like spirit. On one forum it was noticed that the testimony of Candace was deleted. We as a group feel that the individual who removed her testimony might meet with the criteria in the following statement. "I have been shown that evil angels in the form of believers will work in our ranks to bring in a strong spirit of unbelief. These powers of evil will assemble in our meetings, not to receive a blessing, but to counterwork the influences of the Spirit of God. In this time evil angels in the form of men will talk with those who know the truth. They will misinterpret and misconstrue the statements of the messengers of God." Selected Messages."

Conclusion

We have seen in a study of Zacharias and how dangerous it is and how careful we need to be before rejecting a message that comes from heaven. We recall how the leaders dismissed Ellen White. Are we going to make the same mistake again? Are we to reject Ernie Knoll's dreams? We have found NO error in the messages that have been presented so far. We the group aforementioned do stand behind and support the ministry of Brother Ernie Knoll. We encourage those faithful pastors to pray, study and review these messages God has sent. We have found that gross errors have been made by the critics mentioned and we watch as God deals accordingly.

It is our prayer, as a united group that we allow God to speak to all of us in unity.

There are a thousand temptations in disguise prepared for those who have the light of truth; and the only safety for any of us is in receiving no new doctrine, no new interpretation of the Scriptures, without first submitting it to brethren of experience. Lay it before them in a humble, teachable spirit, with earnest prayer; and if they see no light in it, yield to their judgment; for "in the multitude of counselors there is safety."--Testimonies, Vol. 5, pp. 291-293.

Our prayer is that God guide each as we study and not depend upon any man. You stand alone before God in that it is your decision. May God fill you with His Holy Spirit as you study.

The Great Commission Council

Webmasters comments:

Some are criticizing one of the points made in this testimony regarding the financial situation of White Horse Media. They believe it is a false testimony because White Horse Media never went broke. The Great Commission Council wrote their letter on October 1, 2008. In it you will notice they wrote "it appears that brother Wohlberg's ministry is dying." They did not state it was dead, but only appeared to be dying. Why did they state this? Because up to that time, the White Horse Media website had published a newsletter (no. 29) which stated the following:

"Due to all of this, donations have dropped, and our finances are tighter than ever before. Plus we have the extra expense of relocating. Honestly, a crisis has come to us too, and we need help with basic operations. We have a small staff. We must pay salaries, health insurance, website maintenance, our lease (until we move), the purchase of airtime for our TV programs, and other expenses.

As we look at our bottom line, we have decided to do something we have never done before: to have an emergency White Horse Media Fundraising Campaign with a goal of $150,000 to be raised in two weeks (August 1-August 15). For other ministries, this may seem like peanuts. But to us, it is a lot of money and will go a long way. It will enable us to relocate, and to pay our bills. Worst-case scenario: we will have to find new jobs. But I don’t believe that will happen, for God has been too active in our ministry to let us down now. We trust Him!" - click here to go to it

Since that time White Horse Media has released further newsletters where they state they are no longer in financial difficulties. Should we then discredit the Great Commission Council's testimony and remove it from this website? No, because their statement at the time was valid. White Horse Media was in financial difficulties. The letter does not make any false accusations.

6. Jeff Turner MD

I would like to thank you for getting your website up and running. I appreciate brothers and sisters who have studied the dreams for themselves and find them inspired from the Lord. I have seen such a change in my life because of the dreams and the information contained in them. My wife and I invited Ernie and Becky to our church in Virginia and had them present the material and meet the people in our bible study group. There was opposition in our local church and the conference told our pastor that we were making a big mistake and recommended that we not bring Ernie and Becky to our church. No one from the conference called me to tell me that and we still had the meetings in our church. The weekend went well and the people who came truly received a blessing. There was no fanaticism, no legalism or spurious teachings cropping up as one local pastor predicted would happen after the weekend. The people of our church that do believe in the inspiration of the dreams have seen changes in their lives: one has just been rebaptized and is witnessing daily for Christ in the workplace, and others are settling into the truth and deepening their conviction of the nearness of Christs return.

I can see the changes in my life: an increase in abhorrence of sin, a deepening desire to live a Christ like life, a daily desire to completely turn my will and life over to Jesus, the desire and courage to witness to others and help people get ready for Jesus Second Coming, and a significant reprioritization of my life goals. Every day I ask myself am I ready to meet Jesus in peace, have I forsaken and confessed all my sins, is there anything I need to make right with my spouse, a brother or sister in the church, my family, my children, a co-worker. I am a long, long way from perfection and Christ is working with me, but the changes he has made thus far are to me miraculous. I believe that the dreams and the changes I have seen in my life are evidences of the true Holy Spirit. I am so thankful that Jesus decided to send information to us at such a critical time in earths history. In such grand and awful times his loving reassurance and specific guidance displays what a truly loving Savior we serve. We certainly do not deserve such love! I have studied the dreams extensively and compared them with the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy and I can find no error in them. I pray that people in our Laodicean church will wake up before it is too late. Sincerely Jeff

7. Surely God has Visited His People

By Ed R. Meelhuysen, Editor, www.BiblePlus.org

November 21, 2008

First a brief background as a way of introduction: As a long time believer, a student of the Bible, the writings of Ellen G White, and the editor and compiler of the Sola Scriptura series of comprehensive scripture compilations (posted at www.bibleplus.org), I had the opportunity to become deeply acquainted with scripture as well as the language of God-given dreams and/or visions. I have written an online book entitled Revelation for the Wise, a look at the book of Revelation (not completed yet). I have served in short-term and year-long mission/volunteer capacities in Japan, Romania, India, the Philippines and Mexico and been an elder/pastoral assistant and bible lesson teacher at several of churches where I have attended. Nevertheless, I am a sinner, saved only by God’s merciful grace. Like many of you, I am a pilgrim on a journey to a better city and land, whose builder and maker is God.

Given my studies, I knew God was to send more messengers before Jesus’ second coming. In January of 2007, someone introduced me to Ernie Knoll and the messages he was receiving from God (he had only 3 messages at that time). As I read the dream “A View of Heaven,” I got excited. I recognized the language of biblical dreams as well as that of E.G. White as used in her earlier dreams and/or visions. It seemed as if God was visiting His people with a clear message, an end time message. “Surely the Sovereign LORD does nothing without revealing His plan to His servants the prophets.” (Amos 3:7) The dream made me long for heaven. It seemed so real, providing a hope-filled glimpse into what will be; a land of smiling happy people! But the dream was also a call to reevaluate our worship services, to worship God in a style that honors Him rather than appealing to our need to be entertained. Throughout many of the prior visions I had read, I find that two-edged sword: encouragement with views of what is to come, and a rebuke and a call to repentance, to act and worship God in a way that honors Him. The messages given through Ernie echo this style.

I shared Ernie’s dreams with a number of church members. I took copies to the Oregon State Penitentiary, a maximum-security prison, and read and shared them with the inmates that attended the Sabbath services. The hand of God was upon all that heard and believed the messages. The messages spoke with a clarion call to repentance and preparation for the events to come, that time is short and Jesus, our Lord and Savior is coming soon for His chosen ones (“those who are they” as used in Ernie’s dreams).

It was with great disappointment, but no surprise that I watched Ernie and his messages being attacked, even by the one who originally introduce me to his writings. All other prophets and messengers have been attacked. Should Ernie expect less? As I read the arguments against the messages, many made little sense. Linda Kirk especially attacked Ernie’s character, implying that he was not the type of person that God would choose and that he was a false prophet as a number of his dreams had not yet come true. Since when does God choose perfect people? In fact, has God ever chosen perfect people? Does not God call sinners to repentance (Luke 5:32) and to be the vessels He will use? Saul (who later became the apostle Paul) was not perfect or a godly man when the bright light on the road to Damascus arrested him (Acts 9). When Isaiah saw the glory of God, he proclaimed “Woe to me!" "I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips” (Isaiah 6:5). God prepares His called, changing and strengthening them according to His will. Since when do God’s prophecies have to be fulfilled within 6 or 12 months in order for the messenger to be declared true? Should John the Revelator be labeled as a false prophet because the statement from Jesus, “Behold I am coming soon” (Rev. 22:20) has not been fulfilled for over 1900 years?

A number of writers especially those on the www.4hispeople.info have done a good job of rebutting the claims against Ernie and/or the messages so I won’t repeat those here. If in order to understand some of the messages given to Ernie, which may specifically address some of his detractors by name, you may study those arguments, both pro and con at http://www.4hispeople.org/ernieknoll.htm Scroll down to read the letters in support of or against Ernie and the messages. But I recommend that you read and study the messages first, so that you have a strong foundation and perspective first.

I was challenged by a number of the messages to move to a more primitive form of godliness, a putting away of the internal and external inclinations towards worldliness (especially as shared in the book Creeping Compromise, which was referred to a number of times), a sense of my own sinfulness, of the necessity of pleading for forgiveness and cleansing, of relying solely on the grace and merits of Jesus Christ and His blood shed for sinners. While my human nature struggles against the changes, reading the messages (as supplemental to Bible study and prayer) encourages me to continue on the journey. And when I feel like I’m weakening in resolve, God sends another message. How good He is!

I encourage those who question the authenticity of the messages to lay aside their skepticism, and to read the messages with an open heart, asking, “What is God trying to teach me through these messages?” And “What is my role, my part, in order to be among the redeemed?” If you do not understand one message, move on to the next one. As part of a greater canvas, each message is just one or more brush strokes in the greater picture. The colors, hues and shades will begin to make sense as you step back and look at God’s wonderful messages for His People! Also as shown in the dreams, read, study and understand the books The Great Controversy, Creeping Compromise and the scriptures.

Ellen White predicted: "Before the final visitation of God's judgments upon the earth there will be among the people of the Lord such a revival of primitive godliness as has not been witnessed since apostolic times" (The Great Controversy, p. 464). Jesus said, “By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.” (Matthew 7:16-20)

So what are the fruits of those who listen to and obey God’s messages through Ernie? Certainly it would be a movement towards primitive godliness, of pleading for forgiveness of sins committed, of manifesting the fruits of the Spirit (Gal. 5:22-26), and a deeper longing to be in God’s heavenly kingdom. This is in keeping with the scripture and the messages sent via His servant Ellen White.

This morning, in my quiet time, God shared with me how to bring to remembrance sins that need to be brought before His throne of grace. Firstly, ask for the Holy Spirit to guide you. Then review God’s commandments one at a time, asking yourself, how have you committed a sin in breaking that commandment, not only in deed, but in intent or in the heart. Jesus stated in His sermon on the mount, "You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, 'Do not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.' But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother, 'Raca,' is answerable to the Sanhedrin. But anyone who says, 'You fool!' will be in danger of the fire of hell.” and "You have heard that it was said, 'Do not commit adultery.' But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. (Matthew 5:21, 22, 27, 28).

Once your sins are brought to mind, ask for forgiveness specifically, accepting God’s promise that “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:9).

Start with God’s obvious commandments such as the great commandments (" 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind'[a]; and, 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' ” Luke 10:27, Deut. 6:5, Lev. 19:18)

Then continue on to the Ten Commandments (Exodus 20:3-17) going through each on in detail:

  1. You shall have no other gods before me.

  2. You shall not make for yourself any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. You shall not bow down yourself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And showing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

  3. You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that takes His name in vain.

  4. Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shall you labor, and do all your work: But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God: in it you shall not do any work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger that is within your gates: For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it.

  5. Honor your father and your mother: that your days may be long upon the land which the LORD your God gives you.

  6. You shall not kill.

  7. You shall not commit adultery.

  8. You shall not steal.

  9. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

  10. You shall not covet your neighbor’s house, you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is your neighbor’s.

Then branch to God’s other commandments that apply to His people. For example:

  • “Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.” Ephesians 4:31; “Do not go about spreading slander among your people.” Leviticus 19:16

  • “Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you? If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for God's temple is sacred, and you are that temple.” 1 Corinthians 3:16-17; “Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;” 1 Corinthians 6:19

  • "They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents" Romans 1:29-30

  • In God's church, "I fear that there may be quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, factions, slander, gossip, arrogance and disorder. I am afraid that when I come again my God will humble me before you, and I will be grieved over many who have sinned earlier and have not repented of the impurity, sexual sin and debauchery in which they have indulged." 2 Corinthians 12:20, 21

  • "Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city. Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood. Revelation 22:14, 15

  • And there are many more verses in the Bible declaring God’s will for His people.

Look carefully at the characteristics that God will not allow into His kingdom and if you find those in your life, repent of those. For example if slander (diminishing one’s reputation in the eyes of others), criticizing or gossiping has been a problem for you, repent of that and practice speaking well of others. If you have read books on the occult such as recent popular series that teach sorcery in the form of “children’s stories”, repent that you have exposed your mind to those. If you vicariously thrill to the violence and sexual immorality in movies or other entertainment, repent of that. Let God lead you. He will be faithful to lead you “in paths of righteousness, for His name’s sake.” (Psalms 23:3). God wants to help you! He wants you to be in His kingdom. And then bear fruits in keeping with repentance (Matthew 3:8).

Lastly on a more personal note, my ~83-year-old mother and David Starkey, Ernie’s webmaster, are rather close, often sharing meals and conversations together. David has attested to Ernie’s humility through receiving the messages and experiencing the challenges. I personally have exchanged a number of emails with Ernie and find him to be a most humble person in his role, letting God lead and defend him. I am also a close acquaintance with one of the two well-known evangelists that the Herald indicated would help spread the messages and can attest that the evangelist made the comment to me that he would like to meet with Ernie. God is working in His own time to bring to fruition His word. “So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.” (Isaiah 55:11)

Surely God has visited His people. Those who will, will hear His voice, recognize it and follow the Shepherd. May the LORD be praised, now and forevermore.
